Open Coach Mo settings from the conversations drawer (footer button) or by tapping the gear icon on the Coach tab.

Personality

Tap Personality to open the persona picker. Pick from:
  • Default — balanced, friendly, supportive
  • Drill Sergeant — tough love, no excuses
  • Hype Man — pure energy
  • Big Sibling — warm, gentle accountability
  • Sports Analyst — data-driven, focused on the numbers
Switch any time. Your persona affects every Coach Mo response, notification, and Weekly Report.

Roast mode

A toggle: on makes Mo meaner, using your real numbers as ammunition. Off returns to normal coaching. Roast mode works on top of any persona. A Drill Sergeant in roast mode and a Hype Man in roast mode both get more aggressive — but in their own voice. For more on what roast mode does and when to use it, see Roast mode.

Keep thinking expanded

A toggle that controls the activity trace under Mo’s responses (the “Thought for X · N steps” header).
  • On — the trace is expanded by default so you can see Mo’s reasoning steps right away
  • Off — the trace is collapsed; tap to expand
See Reading Coach Mo’s thinking for what the trace shows.

Your weekly usage

The usage section shows how much of your weekly Coach Mo allowance you’ve used so far this week. You’ll see:
  • A bar chart visualizing used vs. total
  • A percentage (e.g., “47% used”)
  • A reset note like “Limit resets Mondays at 8pm ET”
This is the source of truth — check here when you’re wondering how much you’ve used. For more on how the allowance works (text + voice combined, what makes responses cost more), see Coach Mo → Your weekly allowance.

Re-sync chat history

A button that pulls your conversation history fresh from the server. Useful if your conversations look out of date or you switched devices and they didn’t catch up. Shows a spinner while syncing.

Danger zone

Two destructive actions at the bottom of settings. Delete all conversations — wipes every conversation transcript with Mo. The chats themselves are gone. Mo’s memory of you (Files) is unaffected. Delete all of Mo’s memory — wipes everything in Files: facts, goals, habits, preferences, wins, all of it. Mo starts fresh with no context. Conversations are unaffected. Both actions ask for confirmation first and can’t be undone. Use them when you want a clean slate.
Deleting your conversations or Files only affects Coach Mo. Your activity data, competitions, friends, achievements, and account are all unaffected. To delete your whole account, see Delete your data.
