I subscribed but features are still locked
- Force-close and reopen MoveTogether to trigger a subscription status check.
- Wait 1 to 2 minutes. There can be a brief delay between the App Store confirming your purchase and the app recognizing it.
- Check your subscription status in Settings → Subscription.
- Tap Restore Purchases in Settings → Subscription.
- Verify the subscription is active on Apple’s side: iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
I was charged but don’t see my subscription
- Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used to make the purchase.
- Try the Restore Purchases button.
