I subscribed but features are still locked

  1. Force-close and reopen MoveTogether to trigger a subscription status check.
  2. Wait 1 to 2 minutes. There can be a brief delay between the App Store confirming your purchase and the app recognizing it.
  3. Check your subscription status in Settings → Subscription.
  4. Tap Restore Purchases in Settings → Subscription.
  5. Verify the subscription is active on Apple’s side: iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
If you’ve confirmed the subscription is active but features are still locked, chat with Mo at movetogetherfitness.com.

I was charged but don’t see my subscription

  • Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used to make the purchase.
  • Try the Restore Purchases button.
If the issue continues, chat with Mo at movetogetherfitness.com with your Apple ID and a screenshot of the charge.
