Weekly Mo Report

Every week, Coach Mo generates a personalized slide-deck-style recap of your fitness week. Think Spotify Wrapped for your workouts. The report covers your activity highlights, competition performance, streak progress, and areas where you can improve. The Weekly Mo Report adapts to your chosen coaching persona. A Drill Sergeant report sounds very different from a Hype Man report. You get a notification when your weekly report is ready.

Weekly Roast Cards

Every Monday morning, Coach Mo delivers a shareable roast card. A fun, irreverent summary of your week that you can share with friends. Roast cards include your step averages and highlight moments, delivered with Coach Mo’s signature competitive humor. Share them to social media or send them directly to friends using your phone’s native share sheet.
