App is running slowly

  • Force-close and reopen the app.
  • Check your internet connection. A slow or unstable connection affects leaderboard loading and data sync.
  • Update to the latest version from the App Store.
  • Restart your iPhone.

App crashes on launch

  1. Update the app to the latest version.
  2. Restart your iPhone.
  3. If the issue continues, delete and reinstall the app. Your account data is stored on our servers and will come back when you sign in.

A specific screen isn’t loading

  • Try navigating away and back to the screen.
  • Pull down to refresh.
  • Force-close and reopen the app.
  • Check your internet connection.
If the issue continues, it may be a temporary server issue. Try again in a few minutes. If it keeps happening, chat with Mo at movetogetherfitness.com.
