Start a live voice conversation on Apple Watch
- Open the MoveTogether app on your Apple Watch.
- Choose the Coach Mo voice control from the Watch home screen.

- Speak after Mo’s greeting. Your latest spoken words and Mo’s latest response appear as a transcript while the call is open.
- Tap End when you are finished.
Choose how Mo sounds
Voice uses your selected Coach Mo persona. On first opening Coach Mo directly, the iPhone app can show Pick a voice; choosing an option saves that persona. To change it later, open Coach Mo, open Settings → Coach Mo, then choose Personality. Your selected persona applies to Coach responses generally, including Watch voice; the Watch does not expose a separate voice picker. Roast tone and roast intensity also carry across chat, Coach pushes, and voice. See Roast mode for the available intensity levels and age restrictions. If voice does not start
- Confirm that the Watch is signed in to the same MoveTogether account and that the account has Pro.
- Allow microphone access for MoveTogether on the Watch, then start a new call.
- Check that the Watch has a network connection and try again.
- If the Watch says the Pro voice service budget has been used, wait for the stated reset rather than repeatedly reconnecting.
- If it remains unavailable, use typed Coach Mo on the iPhone or contact support.
