Talk to Mo on Apple Watch

1. Open MoveTogether on your Apple Watch.
2. Tap the microphone button (Talk to Coach Mo) at the top left of the screen.
3. Tap Chat with Coach Mo. Allow microphone access if watchOS asks.
4. After Connecting…, start talking. Mo’s latest reply shows on screen.
5. Tap the red phone button to end the call. Then tap Talk again or Close.

Dictate a message on iPhone

1. Tap the red + button and choose Ask Coach Mo.
2. Tap the Dictate microphone in the message bar.
3. Allow microphone and speech recognition if iOS asks.
4. Speak, then check and edit the text.
5. Tap Send. Mo replies in text.

How Mo sounds

• Style. Watch voice uses your coaching style from Personality in Coach Mo settings. Each style has its own voice. The Watch has no separate voice picker.
• Swearing. Voice follows your Roast intensity (Clean, Classic, or Unhinged).
• Roasts. Voice ignores the roast mode switch. Mo roasts you only when you ask, for example “roast me,” and goes back to normal on your next turn. See Roast mode.

Rules and limits

• Watch voice needs Pro. A Pro free trial can’t use it. On other plans the Watch shows Pro feature.
• Voice and typed chat share Pro’s weekly usage limit. If you’ve reached it, the Watch shows Coach Mo is resting until the weekly reset. The Usage card in Coach Mo settings shows when that is.
• Voice is powered by a voice provider, ElevenLabs. See AI and your data for what it receives.

Something not right?

• Pro feature. Make sure the Watch is signed in to the same account as your iPhone, and that the account has Pro (not a free trial).
• Nothing happens when you talk. Allow microphone access for MoveTogether on the Watch, then start a new call.
• Something went wrong. Check that the Watch has a connection, then tap Try again.
• Coach Mo is resting. Wait for the weekly reset instead of reconnecting. You can check the reset time on iPhone in Coach Mo settings.
• Still not working? Use typed Coach Mo on your phone, or the support chat.
