The fastest way to get help is from inside the app — we can see your account context, which makes troubleshooting much faster.
  1. Open the Coach tab.
  2. Tap Support (or ask Mo “I need to talk to support”).
  3. Describe what’s wrong.
This routes your message to our support team with your account details attached. Reply time is usually under 24 hours. Support messages do not count against your monthly Coach Mo quota.

If the app isn’t working at all, email support@movetogetherfitness.com. Please include:
  • The email address on your MoveTogether account
  • Your iPhone model and iOS version
  • A short description of what’s wrong
  • A screenshot if you can

What we can help with

  • Account access and login
  • Subscription and billing (we’ll point you to Apple when needed)
  • Sync and tracker connection issues
  • Bug reports
  • Feedback and feature requests

What we can’t help with

  • Refunds. Apple handles all App Store refunds — go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Medical questions. Mo and our team are not licensed health professionals.
