  • Answer questions about the app
  • Help diagnose sync, competition, or subscription issues
  • Take actions on your account, like resetting your tracker connection, restoring a subscription, or escalating to a human

When you reach out, include

  • A description of what’s wrong
  • Which fitness tracker you use
  • When the issue started
  • Any error messages you’ve seen
  • Screenshots if you have them

Response times

Mo responds instantly. For issues that need to escalate to a human:
  • Pro subscribers: priority response
  • Free users: response within 24 to 48 hours
