- Tap Support (or ask Mo “I need to talk to support”).
- Describe what’s wrong.

If the app isn’t working at all, email support@movetogetherfitness.com. Please include:- The email address on your MoveTogether account
- Your iPhone model and iOS version
- A short description of what’s wrong
- A screenshot if you can
What we can help with

- Subscription and billing (we’ll point you to Apple when needed)
- Sync and tracker connection issues

- Feedback and feature requests
What we can’t help with
- Refunds. Apple handles all App Store refunds — go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Medical questions. Mo and our team are not licensed health professionals.
