Coach Mo remembers things about you between conversations using a system called Files. Files holds your goals, habits, preferences, wins, and other context Mo has learned about you over time. You can view, edit, add to, and delete anything in Files. Mo’s memory of you is yours to manage.Documentation Index

Opening Files
From the Coach tab, swipe from the left edge to open the conversations drawer, then tap the Files entry near the top. Files opens as a large sheet over your conversation.How Files is organized
Files is divided into folders, one per type of information Mo tracks about you:- User — basic facts about you (name, location, age, the basics)
- Goals — what you’re trying to achieve
- Habits — things you do regularly (or want to)
- Barriers — what gets in the way of your goals
- Preferences — what you like, when you work out, what you don’t want recommended
- Wins — PRs, streaks, milestones, things to celebrate
- Roast material — context Mo uses for the sarcastic version of itself
Adding a memory
Inside any folder:- Tap the + button in the top-right
- Type the memory (up to 150 characters)
- Tap Save
Editing or deleting a memory
Tap any bullet to open the edit sheet. From there:- Change the text and tap Save
- Tap Delete for a confirmation dialog, then confirm to remove it
Searching Files
Tap the search field at the top of Files. Search looks across every bullet in every folder, not just folder names. Useful when you’ve added a lot and need to find a specific note.Sorting
The toolbar menu lets you sort folders by most recently modified (default), alphabetically, or other options. Your choice is saved between app launches.Wiping all of Files
If you want to start clean, go to Coach Mo settings → Delete all of Mo’s memory. This wipes every fact, goal, habit, and preference Mo has saved. Can’t be undone.Files is stored in placeholder form on our servers — your real name is never in there. See AI and your data for the full breakdown of how your data is handled.
