Adding friends and leaderboards are on every plan. Membership and Pro unlock the full feed and comments. On the older Free plan you see a short preview and can react to it.

The Social tab

The Social tab holds your friends list, suggestions, contacts, and activity. The Moving now rail at the top shows friends’ ring progress. The Friend activity feed shows highlights such as personal records, streaks, and competition wins; tap See all activity for more. Direct messages live in Chat.

Your friends

Your friends appear as profile circles. A green dot means they’re active in the app now. Tap a friend to view their profile. See finding friends to add more.

Today’s leaderboard

Today’s Leaderboard ranks you and your friends on today’s activity, with each score, rings closed, and your row highlighted.

Activity feed

The activity feed highlights notable progress from your friends, such as competition wins, personal records, and streak milestones. Everyday ring progress appears in Moving now. Refresh after a friend syncs if an expected update has not appeared.

Reacting to activities

Cheer a visible activity with its reaction buttons: Like, Fire, Strong, or Clap. Each kind toggles independently, so you can add more than one kind to the same activity; tap a selected reaction again to remove that kind. Comments and comment reactions need Membership or Pro. On the Free plan you can react to activities in the preview.

Who sees your activities?

Only your friends can see your activities in their feed. In Settings → Privacy Settings, find the Activity section and turn off Show my activity in friends’ feeds to hide your activities.
