What daily challenges are
Every day, MoveTogether generates fresh challenges to keep your routine interesting. Short, specific goals designed to push you just beyond your comfort zone. Things like hitting a step target, closing a specific ring, or completing a workout.
How challenges are generated
Daily challenges are personalized to your fitness level. For Pro users, the app looks at your recent activity averages and sets targets 10 to 20 percent above what you’ve been doing. So challenges grow with you as you get fitter. Free users get challenges from a general template pool.
Completing challenges
Challenges are tracked automatically through your connected tracker. When you hit the target, the challenge is marked complete. You’ll see your daily challenges on the Home tab, and completing them can trigger competition events your competitors can see.
Challenge variety
Challenges cover the full range of fitness metrics: step targets, calorie goals, exercise minute goals, workout challenges, and ring closure goals. You get a unique set each day so your routine never feels repetitive.
