Trade your Movecoins for digital gift cards. Cards come in $5, $10, $15, and $20. You choose the store after you cash out.

Who can cash out

Each time you cash out, you need to:
  • Have Movecoins turned on.
  • Have a paid Membership or Pro subscription. Free plans, free trials, and plans given for free don’t qualify. A paid plan you canceled still counts until it ends.
  • Be 18 or older.
  • Live in the United States.
If you’re on a free trial, cashing out opens once your trial ends and your first payment goes through.

How to cash out

Open Movecoins

Tap the Rewards tab. Under Cash out, pick a card.

Check your email

The card is sent to the email in Send it to. It’s filled in from your account. Change it if you want the card somewhere else.

Confirm

Check I’m 18 or older and I live in the US, then tap Get my $5 card (or whichever amount you picked).
The app then confirms your card is on its way to that email. It usually arrives within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Prices

The price of a card in Movecoins depends on your plan when you cash out. Pro pays fewer coins per dollar than Membership. The card shows its price before you confirm, and that’s the price you pay. Pro first-card offer: your first card ever, cashed out on Pro, is 70% off. It applies once per person. Members don’t get it. The full price table is in the Movecoins program terms.

”Not available yet”

A card that says Not available yet can’t be cashed out right now, even if you have enough coins. Each paid month adds to how much you can cash out, so check back later. The details of this limit are in the Movecoins program terms.

Gift card delivery

  • Gift cards are sent by email through our rewards partner, Tremendous.
  • You pick the brand from the options shown when you claim the card. The brands on offer can change.
  • Each card follows the terms of its brand, including any expiry date. Claim yours promptly.
  • Once a card is delivered, it’s yours. Lost or stolen cards can’t be replaced.
Card didn’t arrive? Check your spam folder first. If it’s still missing, contact support through the in-app support chat within 30 days: tap the red + button and choose Help.

History

The Rewards tab lists your past cash-outs with their status: On its way, Delivered, Delayed, we’ll keep trying, or Couldn’t send. Our team is on it. If a cash-out fails before a card is ordered, your coins come back automatically.
