An activity report turns your recorded daily activity into a CSV spreadsheet that opens in Numbers, Excel, or Google Sheets. Report export is available on Free and Pro. The steps below describe the iPhone report screen. This is separate from both your Weekly Mo Report and the emailed account-data export.

Create your report

  1. Open Settings → Export a report. You can also find it in Privacy Settings.
  2. Choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last month, or Last 90 days, or set From and To dates.
  3. Wait for What to include to refresh for those dates.
  4. Select the available metrics you want in the file.
  5. Tap Create my report and wait for Your report is ready.
  6. Tap Save or share the file to choose a destination.
Changing the date range changes which metrics are available. Check the selection again before creating a new report.

Choose dates deliberately

The rolling 7-, 30-, and 90-day presets end yesterday, avoiding an incomplete today. Last month means the previous whole calendar month, not the previous 30 days. Custom dates can include today, but today’s values can still change as you move and sync. A single report can cover up to 366 days, counting both endpoints. Dates refer to the local activity days recorded by the app.

What the spreadsheet contains

The report includes daily rows for the selected period and summary totals and averages. Available columns depend on your stored data, such as activity, workouts, distance, sleep, or heart rate. Use the column headers for the units; exported distance, for example, is labeled in metres. Only metrics with a positive reading somewhere in the chosen period are offered. A missing choice does not prove your device has no capability to measure it; there may be no recorded value for those dates. Missing readings are different from measured zero. Check the report’s coverage rather than assuming every day has a complete set of metrics. Heart-rate values are averaged rather than summed; adding daily heart rates would not be meaningful.

Troubleshooting

If you see No activity was recorded in these dates, try a range containing known synced activity. If a column is absent, check that metric in Data Sources. If report creation fails, keep the dates and selection you intended, check connectivity, and retry after the error clears. Saving a downloaded CSV does not keep it connected to live data: create another report after a later sync if you need updated numbers.
