Background behavior
The Watch app refreshes data periodically when your wrist is up and your Apple Watch has connectivity (Wi-Fi or cellular). Coach Mo voice needs a live connection — it doesn’t work in airplane mode or with both Bluetooth + Wi-Fi off.If the complication shows ”—” or data feels stale, open the MoveTogether Watch app once to trigger a refresh, or check Apple Health permissions in iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → MoveTogether.
