Use Settings → Data Sources to see Apple Health, Health Connect, and connected wearable services, their status, and the sources contributing to your health metrics.

Fix a connection

  1. Pull to refresh Data Sources and check whether the service is connected, paused, or needs access review.
  2. For Apple Health, review MoveTogether’s access in iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → MoveTogether. Return to Data Sources to review access or manually backfill when offered.
  3. For a paused wearable service, use its reconnect option and complete the provider sign-in flow.
  4. If a service offers Disconnect, use it before replacing that connection. Some provider connections must be managed in the provider’s own app.
Sync timing depends on the source. Do not rely on two sources being automatically deduplicated. Suunto is shown as coming soon and is not connectable.

Health Connect on Android public beta

In Settings → Data Sources, check Health Connect’s connection status. Review MoveTogether’s Health Connect permissions in Android settings, then reopen MoveTogether and return to Data Sources. If Health Connect is paused, use its reconnect option, and check that recent activity is present in Health Connect before checking MoveTogether again.
