MoveTogether is in open beta on Android through Google Play. You can compete with friends across iPhone and Android now, and your feedback helps shape the Android app.
Install
- Open the MoveTogether Google Play listing.
- Tap Install.
The beta is open, so there is no separate enrollment step and no invite to wait for.
Google controls regional availability, device compatibility, and the install button. MoveTogether’s website cannot confirm availability on Google’s behalf.
Your data comes from Health Connect
On Android, MoveTogether reads your activity from Health Connect. Your wearable shares into Health Connect from its own app. See Connect your tracker to Health Connect.
MoveTogether reads six Health Connect types and no more: steps, active calories, exercise sessions, sleep, weight, and height. Sleep, weight, and height are read for Pro members; without Pro, MoveTogether reads the three activity types. Heart rate is not read.
It never writes to Health Connect. Background refresh and history are separate optional permissions. With history access MoveTogether can load up to 90 days of past activity; without it, reads are limited to 30 days. You can revoke any of it in Health Connect at any time.
Sign in and compete
Sign in with Apple or Google. If you already have a MoveTogether account, use the same sign-in method so your profile, friends, competitions, and plan stay with that account.
Get beta updates
Google Play delivers Android beta updates. Open the Play listing to check for an available update.
Share beta feedback
Use Share beta feedback for bugs, rough edges, and feature requests that can improve the Android experience.
