Check in-app notification categories
Open MoveTogether → Settings → Notifications and make sure the categories you want are turned on.Check system notification settings
iOS
- Open iPhone Settings → MoveTogether → Notifications.
- Make sure Allow Notifications is on and select your preferred alert styles.
- If you use Do Not Disturb, Work, or Sleep Focus, review Focus settings to allow MoveTogether through.
- Check whether Low Power Mode is delaying delivery.
MoveTogether can use provisional notification delivery on iOS. If you only see quiet notifications in Notification Center, use a notification-related feature in the app to choose full notification access for sounds, banners, and badges.
