MoveTogether ships with provisional notifications turned on by default. You’ll see quiet notifications in your Notification Center without being prompted for permission on first launch. To get prominent notifications (sounds, banners, badges), tap a notification-related feature in the app and you’ll be prompted to enable full notification access.

Where to manage them

Go to Settings → Notifications to turn each category on or off.

Turning off all notifications

To silence MoveTogether at the system level (overriding all in-app settings):
  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone (not MoveTogether).
  2. Scroll down and tap MoveTogether.
  3. Tap Notifications.
  4. Turn off Allow Notifications.

Focus mode

If you use Do Not Disturb, Work, or Sleep Focus modes, MoveTogether notifications may be silenced even when in-app settings have them on. Check your Focus settings to allow MoveTogether through.
