If your activity hasn’t appeared in MoveTogether, walk through these in order.

1. Force a refresh

Pull down on the Home screen — this triggers an immediate sync from your tracker.

2. Check that your tracker itself synced

Open your tracker’s official app (Health, Fitbit, Garmin Connect, etc.) and confirm today’s activity is showing up there first. If it’s not, the issue is between your tracker and its parent app — fix that first.

3. Re-authorize the connection

  1. Open MoveTogether → Settings → Connections.
  2. Tap your tracker.
  3. Tap Disconnect, then Reconnect.
  4. Sign in again on your tracker’s authorization page.
Re-authorizing fixes the most common sync issues (expired tokens, revoked permissions).

4. Check permissions

Apple Watch users: Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → MoveTogether → confirm Steps, Active Energy, and Exercise Minutes are all turned on. Other trackers: check that you didn’t accidentally revoke MoveTogether’s access in your tracker’s web dashboard.

5. Wait it out (for Garmin and Whoop)

These two can take up to 15 minutes between syncs. If you finished a workout 5 minutes ago, the data may not be there yet.

Still stuck?

Tap Support in the Coach tab — include which tracker you use and when you last saw activity sync correctly. We can check our sync logs for your account.
