Every Monday morning, Coach Mo prepares a recap of your previous week — what you did, how it compared to your average, and what to focus on next.

When it appears

The Weekly Mo Report card shows up on your Home screen Monday through Friday. It’s based on the seven days from the previous Sunday backward.

What’s in it

  • Headline stat — your biggest highlight or callout from the week.
  • Ring totals — how many days you closed each ring.
  • Competition recap — finishing position in any competitions that ended.
  • Coach Mo’s take — a short note from Mo with a suggestion for the week ahead.

Sharing your report

Tap the Share button on the report card to open the share card picker — pick a layout you like and post it to your group chat or Instagram story. Mo can also generate a “savage roast” version if you tap the prompt.
Don’t see this week’s report? Pull down on the Home screen to refresh, or check that your tracker has finished syncing through Sunday.
