When does the counter reset?
On the first day of each calendar month, in your local time zone.What happens when I hit the limit?
You’ll see a friendly notice from Mo letting you know you’ve used your monthly messages. You can:- Wait until the next month for the counter to reset
- Upgrade to a higher plan (if available)
In-app support questions
When you tap Support in the Coach tab to report a bug or ask a help-center question, that conversation does not count against your monthly Coach Mo quota. Support is unlimited.Want to make the most of your quota? Ask Mo specific, contextual questions (“how should I pace my Move ring today?”) rather than open-ended ones (“tell me about fitness”) — you’ll get more useful answers in fewer messages.
