Free trial

New subscribers get a free trial when starting a paid plan for the first time. The trial length is shown on the paywall before you confirm. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then through Settings → Subscription → Manage (which opens Apple’s subscription manager).

How billing works

All MoveTogether subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Apple — not MoveTogether — handles the charge, the receipt, and any refunds.
  • Monthly plans renew on the same date each month.
  • Annual plans renew on the same date each year.
You’ll get an Apple email receipt for every renewal.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the MoveTogether charge, and request a refund. Apple decides whether to approve it.

Switching billing periods

You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from Settings → Subscription. Apple prorates the change automatically.
Trial canceled but want it back? Trials are one-per-Apple-ID — once used, you can still subscribe but you’ll be charged immediately instead of getting another trial.
