How to restore
- Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID that originally purchased the subscription.
- Open the MoveTogether app.
- Go to Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases.
- Within a few seconds your subscription should reappear.
Make sure you’re signed in to MoveTogether the same way
Restoring a subscription matches it to the Apple ID that bought it — but features unlock based on the MoveTogether account you’re signed into. If you’re signed in to a different MoveTogether account than the one that originally subscribed, restore will succeed but your account on this device still won’t see the features. To fix this: sign out of MoveTogether on the new device, sign in with the same Sign in with Apple identity you used originally, then restore again.Still no luck?
