# Subscription issues

> How to fix MoveTogether subscription issues — Pro features still locked after subscribing, missing subscription after a charge, and Restore Purchases.

## I subscribed but features are still locked

1. Force-close and reopen MoveTogether to trigger a subscription status check.
2. Wait 1 to 2 minutes. There can be a brief delay between the App Store confirming your purchase and the app recognizing it.
3. Check your subscription status in **Settings → Subscription**.
4. Tap **Restore Purchases** in **Settings → Subscription**.
5. Verify the subscription is active on Apple's side: **iPhone Settings → \[Your Name] → Subscriptions**.

## I was charged but don't see my subscription

* Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to make the purchase.
* Try the **Restore Purchases** button.
