# Suggest a feature

> Send the team an idea for MoveTogether from Home, Settings, or Coach Mo, and when to use the support chat instead.

Have an idea that would make MoveTogether better? Send it straight to the team from the app. Anyone can send ideas, on any plan, on iPhone and Android. We read every one.

Ideas don't get a reply. If something is broken or you need an answer, use the [support chat](https://docs.movetogetherfitness.com/troubleshooting/contact-support.md) instead.

## Send an idea

1. Scroll to the bottom of **Home** and tap **Got an idea? Tell us**. You can also find it in **Settings** under **Resources**.
2. Type your idea under **What would make MoveTogether better?**
3. Turn on **OK to contact me about this** if you're happy for the team to follow up with you.
4. Tap **Send idea**.

You see **Thanks! We read every idea.** when it's sent.

## Tell Coach Mo

You can also tell Coach Mo your idea in a normal chat, for example "It would be great if I could pin a competition." Mo replies with an **Idea** card. Tap **Send to the team** to pass it on in your own words. The card then says **Sent to the team**.

Sending an idea through Mo is free. It doesn't use one of the Coach Mo messages on the Free plan.

## Rules and limits

| Length | Up to 2,000 characters. A counter appears when you get close. |
| How many | Up to 5 ideas a day. After that you see **You've sent a lot of ideas today. Thank you! Try again tomorrow.** |
| Your name | Ideas go to the team without your name or account unless you turn on **OK to contact me about this**. |
| Public? | No. Ideas go only to the MoveTogether team. The old public feedback board is closed. |

## Something not right?

* **"We couldn't send your idea. Check your connection and try again."** Check your connection, then tap **Send idea** again.
* **It's a bug, not an idea.** Report it in the [support chat](https://docs.movetogetherfitness.com/troubleshooting/contact-support.md) so support can look into your account.
