# Notification problems

> How to fix MoveTogether push notification issues — iOS settings, in-app categories, Focus mode, Low Power Mode, and provisional notification delivery.

## Not receiving any notifications

**Step 1: Check iOS notification settings.** Open **iPhone Settings → MoveTogether → Notifications** and make sure **Allow Notifications** is on with your preferred alert styles enabled.

**Step 2: Check in-app notification settings.** Open **MoveTogether → Settings → Notifications** and make sure the categories you want are turned on.

**Step 3: Check Focus mode.** If you use Do Not Disturb, Work, or Sleep Focus, MoveTogether notifications may be silenced. Check your Focus settings to allow MoveTogether through.

**Step 4: Check Low Power Mode.** Low Power Mode can delay push notifications.

<Note>
  MoveTogether uses provisional notification delivery by default. If you're only seeing quiet notifications in your Notification Center, tap a notification-related feature in the app to be prompted for full notification access (sounds, banners, and badges).
</Note>

## Getting too many notifications

Go to **Settings → Notifications** in MoveTogether and turn off the categories you don't want.
