# See what's new after an update

> The What's New screen that opens after you update MoveTogether, the release video, and how to read past release notes on iPhone or Android.

After you update MoveTogether, a **What's New** screen opens once and lists what changed in that version. It's on iPhone and Android, for every plan.

## When it opens

* It opens by itself the first time you open the app after an update, if that version has release notes.
* It shows once per version. Close it and it won't open again for that version.
* It doesn't open on a fresh install. New members get onboarding instead.
* If another welcome screen is showing, What's New waits until you close it.

## The release video

Some releases come with a short video from Marco that walks through the changes. When there's one, it appears as a card near the top. Tap it to play.

## Read past release notes

1. Open **Settings**.
2. Under **Resources**, tap **What's New**.
3. Scroll down for older releases.

Release notes appear in your app language (English, Spanish, French, or German). On iPhone, releases older than version 2.0.3 were written only in English, so they're hidden when your app is in another language.

## Something not right?

* **What's New didn't open after an update:** that version may not have release notes, or you already closed it once. Open it from **Settings** > **What's New**.
* **No video:** not every release has one.
* **A feature in the notes isn't in your app:** check you're on the latest version in the App Store or Google Play. Some features also depend on your plan or country.
